I’ve been helping youth, families and adult clients throughout Ontario overcome personal
challenges for over 20 years. Sometimes, individuals can feel controlled by their life’s problems and need help reclaim their identity. The essence of my work is to facilitate
self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life so that you
can confidently manage them. Using a trauma-informed lens, I am deeply committed
to helping my clients navigate the complex challenges that often accompany life
experiences and to support them in the journey toward stabilization, healing, and
recovery. I aim to create a space where we can answer the “why” questions, explore
experiences, process emotions, and develop the skills and strategies needed to move
forward positively. I approach this work with empathy, respect, and a deep
appreciation for the resilience and strength of each individual I am privileged to
work with.
I have a unique outlook on what therapy should be. I specialize in creating customized
therapeutic plans that incorporate elements of nature, movement and adventure into
traditional therapeutic models through a combination of in-person and online delivery. I bring
my free spirit and thoughts about the adventure of life into the therapeutic space to help a
create a strong bond that allows clients to trust and explore their journey.
